This product is lactose, soy and dairy free. Must be eaten within 3 days of purchase. Note that cakes can remain in a room of around 20°C. Otherwise, must be kept in the fridge to preserve freshness.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Note that there are no refunds. If cake was delivered damaged, they can contact us and a new one will be delivered to the customer's address on file.
