Because We Care

At Vega Krémas, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Custom Orders

  • Custom treats can be made vegan, keto, or regular based on client preference.

  • Full payment is required before any custom cake or specialty order is prepared.

  • Manual orders may be placed by contacting us directly through the Contact Us page.
     

Payments

  • Electronic payments must be received on time. Vega Krémas reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not completed.

  • Electronic payments include applicable taxes.

  • Alternative payment methods are available upon request.

  • All electronic payments must be completed before delivery.

  • All manual payments must be completed before receiving the product. No product will be handed over without payment.
     

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cancelled 4 days or more before the delivery date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled within 4 days of the delivery date will receive a partial refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee.
     

Delivery & Pick‑Up

  • Delivery fees are based on distance from the Beacon Hill Heights location:

    • 0–10 km: Free delivery

    • 10–20 km: $5

    • 20–30 km: $10

    • 30+ km: $20

  • Delivery personnel are required to take a photo of your cake or product at the moment of hand‑off to ensure safe delivery and quality assurance.

  • If your product arrives damaged, you may request the carrier to document the issue so a replacement can be arranged. The carrier will return with the damaged product.

  • Vega Krémas is not responsible for any damage incurred after pick‑up or delivery is completed.
     

Product Care & Quality

  • To maintain freshness, cakes should be consumed within 3 days of delivery.

  • Cakes may be refrigerated to extend their shelf life, but Vega Krémas is not responsible for quality after the 3‑day period.

  • Proper storage after hand‑off is the client’s responsibility.
     

Ingredients & Dietary Notes

  • Our standard menu items are 100% vegan.

  • Custom orders may be made vegan, keto, or regular depending on client request.

  • Clients are responsible for notifying us of any allergies. While we take great care, cross‑contamination is always possible.

  • Minor variations in colour, decoration, or design may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
     

General Policies

  • Customers must meet the legal age requirement to purchase Krémas bottles: 19 years old in Ontario and 18 years old in Quebec. By placing an order, customers confirm they meet the minimum age requirement for their province.

  • Vega Krémas reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not comply with our policies.

  • Products not picked up within the agreed time window may be subject to additional fees or cancellation without refund.

  • Orders for any of our basic cakes must be placed at least 5 days in advance. Orders for Krémas must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Custom cake order lead times are subject to different conditions, please contact us for specialty cakes.

  • Large or event‑based orders may require additional notice and may be subject to separate terms.
